Max 30 is a high-intensity, strength-focused workout that uses timed 30:30 work to rest intervals and heavier resistance to help you push to your personal max—safely and effectively. Designed to maximize effort in just 30 minutes, this class alternates between strength sets and short recovery periods, helping to build power, endurance, and confidence with every rep.
