Born from our wildly popular youth program, this 5-week adventure blends storytelling, strength training, and social connection into one epic campaign. But this isn’t just about lifting weights or slaying dragons.
It’s about:
⚔️ Reclaiming our right to play
🛡️ Building strength in ways that feel safe and empowering
🧠 Training your sense of adventure as much as your muscles
🤝 Finding your party (because no hero thrives alone)
Expect character arcs and kettlebells.
Strategy and squats.
Laughter, teamwork, and just enough fantasy to make courage feel possible again.
No gym intimidation. No body or health shaming. No toxic fitness energy.
Just movement that meets you where you are - wrapped in a quest you’ll actually want to show up for.
