  • No Dance Experience Required – Simple, repetitive choreography ensures everyone can follow along, with options to adjust intensity, tempo, or range of motion as needed.
  • Balance & Coordination Support – Movements can be adapted for those with balance challenges or neurological conditions, using a stable chair, wall, or other support as needed.
