Fat, Fit, & Fearless is a body-acceptance, size-affirming fitness and social connection space designed specifically for those who identify as women and/or were socialized as girls growing up, live in a larger body, and have experienced the harmful impacts of fatphobia and diet culture.* This class is about reclaiming movement in a way that feels joyful, accessible, and free from judgment or pressure to change your body.
Fat, Fit, & Fearless is intentionally created for those in larger bodies who have been excluded, stigmatized, or made to feel unwelcome in traditional fitness spaces. To ensure the class remains a safe, affirming, and community-centered environment, participation is limited to those who:
✅ Live in a body larger than a US size 10
✅ Identify as a woman and/or were socialized as a girl growing up*
✅ Have experienced the adverse effects of fatphobia and diet culture
This class is not appropriate for cisgender men or those whose bodies do not align with the above criteria, as it is designed to center a specific experience of marginalization that is often overlooked in mainstream fitness.
Fat, Fit, & Fearless is not about weight loss or body transformation—it’s about moving in ways that feel good, supportive, and empowering. This class provides:
This class is about more than just fitness—it’s about reclaiming joy in movement, rejecting harmful narratives about your body, and building strength and confidence in a space where you are seen, respected, and valued.
💛 You deserve a place where fitness feels like home—Fat, Fit, & Fearless is for YOU.
* Trans women, nonbinary individuals, and gender-expansive folks who were socialized as girls growing up and hold lived experiences of fatphobia in this context are warmly welcomed.
