What is Fitness Transformed?

Fitness Transformed is a community-based fitness class designed by and for Two Spirit, Transgender, Intersex, and Gender Expansive (2S/TIGE+) individuals. This specialty class provides a supportive, identity-affirming space where movement is accessible, empowering, and free from judgment or gendered expectations.

Inclusive and Accessible for Every Body

Fitness Transformed is built on the belief that movement should be a space of belonging, not a barrier. This class is intentionally designed to center the needs, comfort, and lived experiences of 2S/TIGE+ individuals, ensuring that everyone can participate in a way that feels safe, validating, and affirming.

  • Led by 2S/TIGE+ Instructors – All instructors are part of the 2S/TIGE+ community, creating a space where participants can move freely without fear of misgendering, assumptions, or exclusion.
  • Adaptable for All Bodies & Abilities – Exercises are offered with seated, low-impact, and high-intensity options, ensuring that movement is accessible and customizable for each person’s comfort and needs.
