Step 1: Book Your Free Consultation

We highly recommend starting with a free, zero-pressure conversation with one of our Triage Trainers. Their job is to help answer your questions, explain our approach and help determine which services are the best fit for you!

Step 2: Fill Out Our Pre-Consultation Form

Before your consultation, it is helpful if you fill out the pre-consultation form. This simple form does not require you to disclose any sensitive information, but covers basics such as: days and times you are available for training, services you are most interest in, and specific questions, concerns, and any needs or goals you are hoping to address.

Step 3: Meet With Your Triage Trainer

Your free consultation is conducted as a 30 minute Zoom Call. The link will be sent to you immediately upon booking. Note: You will not be required to do any physical activity during this appointment unless you are wanting to demonstrate something specific.

Get a customized program designed by your coach and complete it independently in our studio during designated open training hours. Ideal for those who want flexibility with expert guidance.

Trainer rates reflect the level of investment each professional has put into their craft, as well as the level of complexity of the presenting needs. All trainers are certified by a nationally-accredited organization and trained in trauma-informed fitness considerations.

Tier 1- Generalist

Well-Rounded and Client-Focused
Our Generalist Trainers are certified professionals skilled in designing safe, effective programs for a wide range of goals—from getting started to building consistency. Ideal for beginners or those looking for structured, supportive guidance.

Tier 2- Advanced

Performance and Precision
Advanced Trainers bring a deeper level of expertise, including strength and performance-based programming. Perfect for clients with athletic goals, specific performance benchmarks, or more nuanced training needs.

Tier 3- Specialist

Complex Needs. Compassionate Expertise.
Specialist Trainers are equipped to work with clients navigating intersecting challenges—such as complex physical and mental health conditions, or multiple barriers to movement. With advanced training in clinical considerations and adaptive exercise, they offer tailored, trauma-responsive support that goes beyond the physical.

How Often Do You Want To Train?

Choose a training frequency that fits your goals and lifestyle—whether that’s once a week, twice a week, twice a month, or monthly. We’ll help you build a rhythm that supports sustainable progress.

How Long Would You Like Your Sessions To Be?

Each full length session is scheduled as a training hour—50-55 minutes of active coaching with 5-10 minutes built in for preparation, trainer notes, and flexibility. This ensures a high-quality, client-centered experience every time. Note: Express Sessions are 30 Minutes of training time.

When Do You Want To Train?

Let us know your preferred training days and times. Scheduling depends on trainer availability, but we do our best to accommodate your routine and create consistency.

How Would You Like To Be Invoiced?

While sessions can be purchased individually ("a la carte"), committing to regular training is the best way to ensure trainer availability and reduce your costs. We offer flexible training packages (12, 24, or 36 sessions), invoiced in 3 equal monthly payments. Sessions are valid for 6 months from purchase and follow our standard cancellation policy. Barring exceptional circumstances, packages will not be refunded once purchased. Services can be discontinued at any time upon the completion of your training package.
