Tuesdays from 515-545 PM

This total-body class blends cardio, core, and stabilization using functional, compound movements that mirror real-life tasks. Designed to improve strength, mobility, and coordination, Synergy emphasizes intentional movement, balance, and body awareness.

MAX 30

Tuesdays from 545-615 PM

Max 30 is a fast-paced, interval-based strength workout that uses heavier loads and structured rest to build power and endurance in just 30 minutes. Focused on form, safety, and personal progress, this class is designed to challenge without overwhelm.

CARDIOLIT

Wednesday from 515-545 PM

CardioLIT is a high-energy cardio class built around Layered Intensity—a strategic blend of low, moderate, and high-effort bursts designed to build stamina, acclimate the body to high exertional loads, and make cardio feel fun and accessible.

Whether you're building stamina, boosting energy, or just craving a good sweat, CardioLIT brings the heat with dynamic movement and an empowering, all-levels approach to cardio conditioning.

A low-impact, high-effectiveness movement practice blending ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Barre focuses on small, controlled movements that build endurance, improve posture, and support balance—suitable for all bodies and abilities.

This high-intensity interval training class combines suspension training with weighted strength sets using the Tabata format. Each session challenges strength, stability, and endurance, with modifications to ensure accessibility for all movement levels.

Dungeons, Dragons, & Dumbbells is a one-of-a-kind program that combines physical movement, imaginative roleplay, and community-building to support the mind, body, and social connection of Neurodivergent youth. Designed for ages 10–16 (with flexibility based on individual needs), this program blends live-action gameplay, strength-based movement, and collaborative storytelling to foster confidence, creativity, and connection.

Mind, Body, and Social Connection for 2SLGTBQIA+ Youth

Rise and Thrive is a movement and connection-based program created specifically for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth (12-17 years), offering a supportive space to explore strength, self-expression, and community. Through a combination of mindful movement, body-based practices, and peer connection activities, this class nurtures confidence, emotional regulation, and belonging.
