This program provides one monthly virtual session with a Tier 1 Certified Personal Trainer, a customized strength program, and weekly email check-ins to ensure accountability and progress. Programs are updated monthly based on your goals and evolving needs. Perfect for those who prefer self-paced training but want expert guidance and structure.
Tier 1: Certified Personal Trainer
- Holds a national certification in personal training, strength and conditioning, or a related field.
- Best for individuals seeking foundational training and support.
Tier 2: Advanced Trainer
- Holds a national certification plus at least two years of post-secondary education in exercise science, physiology, or related fields.
- Provides evidence-based coaching and deeper insights into biomechanics and performance enhancement.
Tier 3: Clinical & Performance Specialist
- Meets all Tier 2 qualifications plus five years of experience working with clinical populations under the supervision of a Level 3 trainer.
- Specializes in adaptive training for rehabilitation, chronic pain, and advanced performance needs.
- Allocates 20% of practice to sliding scale and pro bono clients to improve accessibility for vulnerable populations.

- Trainer Tier Restriction: This package can only be used with the designated Tier 1 Trainer and cannot be transferred to another trainer without approval.
Monthly Plan: Each self-directed training plan includes one virtual session per month, one customized strength program, and weekly email check-ins. Program adjustments occur monthly based on progress and goals.
Session Expiry: Virtual coaching sessions must be used within the designated month and do not carry over. Strength programs will be updated each month regardless of session completion.
Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling the monthly virtual session. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Program Modifications: Clients may request minor program adjustments between check-ins, but full program updates only occur during the monthly review.
Online Payment Fees: A 3% service charge applies to all online payments processed through Stripe.
Waivers & Medical Clearance: All participants must complete a GAQ exercise readiness form and all facility waivers before training. Clients with clinical conditions may be required to provide medical clearance.
Client Responsibility: This is a self-directed program. Clients are responsible for implementing their provided program, checking in via email, and communicating any concerns or progress updates.
