Pump It! is a choreographed, music-driven strength training class that combines high-repetition resistance exercises with rhythmic movement to build muscular endurance, improve coordination, and boost overall strength. Using barbells, plates, or household alternatives, this full-body workout targets major muscle groups through a series of tracks synced to upbeat music.
